Mango tapped Domoarchitecture to deliver their new 8,200-square-foot store at The Bellevue Collection, a premier shopping destination in the Seattle metro area. Beyond design, they needed a partner who could navigate the complete development process—from landlord negotiations through grand opening.
The challenge: manage the full project lifecycle in a major shopping center, coordinating landlord approvals, municipal permitting, contractor bidding, and construction oversight to meet Mango’s expansion timeline.
Our role covered the complete spectrum: securing landlord sign-offs on design and construction plans, obtaining building permits, managing competitive bidding to control costs, and providing construction administration to ensure quality and schedule adherence. This comprehensive approach gave Mango a single point of accountability from concept to ribbon cutting.
The result: a five-month delivery from February to June 2025. Mango gained another store location opened on schedule, demonstrating the efficiency of our streamlined process refined across their multi-store expansion.
