Rooted in tradition, this proposed townhouse community brings contemporary design to one of Morristown’s most storied corridors. Each unit is thoughtfully positioned to capture views of the Spring Brook Country Club and the Pruddentown Historical District, while the site design prioritizes environmental sensitivity — preserving existing trees, green spaces, and minimizing impervious coverage. 

The architecture draws inspiration from the iconic pitched-roof house, offset unit by unit to create a playful, dynamic streetscape. In homage to the historic Prudden Brick Works, brick serves as the core material, framed within a clean paneled box — a dialogue between past and present. 

Interiors follow a classic townhouse layout, with amenities at grade and living quarters above. Basement levels extend into private backyards, grounding residents in the natural landscape that defines this corner of New Jersey.
