When our client first approached us, they weren’t sure it was possible to fit everything they needed into such a small space. They wanted a home where his wife and three teenage daughters could all live comfortably—room to spend time together, space to welcome their extended family, and at the same time enough privacy for everyone. 

The final design delivered all of that: 

• A spacious open area that combines the kitchen, living room, and dining room into one inviting space. 
• A comfortable primary suite with walk‑in closets and a full bathroom. 
• And a large shared bedroom designed specifically for the three daughters. 

The result is a warm, functional home that brings the family together while still giving everyone room to breathe.
