Partnering closely with the Pronovias design team in Spain, domoarchitecture delivered full architectural and project management services, guiding the project from initial concept through final completion. Our turnkey approach encompassed design development, competitive bidding, permitting, and on‑site execution—ensuring a seamless experience for the client at every stage. 

The Challenge: Located on Coral Gables’ iconic Miracle Mile, the storefront sits within a meticulously preserved streetscape overseen by the Coral Gables Historical Resources Department. Any modification—including signage—required strict compliance with historical guidelines and careful coordination with local authorities. 

Domoarchitecture navigated these constraints with precision, adapting the global design concept to local regulations without compromising the brand’s vision. We managed the bidding process, oversaw construction on behalf of the owner, and delivered the store on time and within budget—demonstrating our ability to marry international design ambition with local regulatory expertise. 

The result: A Three-month delivery from February to May 2018. Pronovias gained another store location opened on schedule, demonstrating the efficiency of our streamlined process refined across their multi-store expansion.
