Located on Park Avenue, this remarkable residence offers sweeping views of the city while embodying a refined, contemporary sensibility. The project centered on incorporating an existing corner terrace—an area challenged by low ceilings and a compartmentalized layout—into a seamless extension of the home’s main living spaces. 

To achieve this, we collaborated closely with interior designer James Duncan of Miami, ensuring that every detail contributed to a unified and elevated aesthetic. Minimalism alone would not suffice; instead, the design called for an approach that layered elegance, craftsmanship, and character. 

The completed home balances modern clarity with expressive, eclectic touches. Soft architectural lighting, carefully curated finishes, and sculptural custom elements bring warmth and vibrancy to the space. The result is a sophisticated urban retreat—bright, inviting, and richly composed—perfectly attuned to its iconic New York City setting.
